Usually for standard homes, a front and backyard replacement that includes just standard tubing on a one zone system averages at $1250. Price varies on difficulty of property (examples include: sidewalks, walls, riverbeds, etc.). Price also varies on other factors that include a multiple zone system or if upgraded material is desired. 

We get it done reactively quick! Standard homes take no more than 2 days. If a home is a bit more tricky, bigger, or is done in PVC (where trenches have to be straight) then it may take an extra few days. 

Our service fee is $65 which will cover any labor cost up to the first hour, if more time is needed we do charge a $60 hourly rate, most jobs can be completed within the hour unless there are multiple issues to address. We also do charge parts on top of our service fee, a  rough price breakdown of repair cost is listed below

Usually it ranges from $2-$3 a SqFt, the price varies on how much prep work is needed prior to installing the Sod. Price will also vary depending on how much work will be needed to install the sod, factors like curbing takes much more time and will increase the price of installing SOD.

$60- Timer replacements (this does not include the time itself, we recommend you purchase a timer yourself and just have us install it for our service fee. If we provide timer its much more expensive since we have to warranty the part.
